Guests arrive, check in, get cozy in the garden, and set up their mats. Light music and peaceful vibes to start the morning.

💪 Self-Love Pilates Class
A 45-minute gentle yet empowering mat Pilates session designed to strengthen, tone, and reconnect to your body with love and intention.

🧘‍♀️ Guided Meditation
After movement, we’ll drop into stillness with a short meditation to ground, reflect, and breathe deeply.

💖 Affirmation Moment
You’ll be guided through self-love affirmations to uplift your spirit and reset your mindset.

☕🧃 Sip & Social
Choose a coffee or fresh juice from the garden’s juice bar—on us! Take a moment to relax, connect, and enjoy the space.

🍳 Optional Breakfast
If you’re vibing and want to stay longer, treat yourself to breakfast at Emily’s Garden café (available for purchase).
